Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.
Reduced Fees
If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.
Rates
This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 45-50 minutes.
Insurance
I currently accept Aetna and am an out of network provider for all other insurances. However the majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Verify your benefits with Mentaya here.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
Credit/Debit cards accepted. You can also use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for sessions.
